Two Houses Sold
A modem concrete block bungalow with an iron roof at 7 Gilwell street, Burwood, was sold for £3300 at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr E. G. Keenan. The house has three bedrooms, livingroom, and a kitchen. It was a mortgagee’s sale. A house at 48 Brynley street, Hornby, has been sold by private treaty by Hutchinson, White, Ltd. The property was passed in at £1625 when offered at auction last week.
