ATLAS COPCO GROUP
Branch Office In Christchurch Atlas Copco (N.Z.), Ltd., a member of the world-wide Swedish compressed air group of companies, is opening a branch in Christchurch today. The company will hold an open day at its new offices in Wordsworth street, Sydenham, today and will hold a board meeting in the new premises. Mr M. J. Gowans, who has been with the company since 1959, has been appointed Christchurch branch manager. Members of the board are Messrs J. B. Stewart (chairman), L. M. Papps and T. W. Wehtje.
