HADFIELD CHOSEN
Rider For Shakes Shakes, a winner at Ashburton on Monday when ridden by the 16-year-old stable apprentice, C. Plowman, will be ridden by D. N. Hadfield in the Charles Bailey Memorial Handicap at the North Canterbury Racing Club’s meeting tomorrow. Hadfield is also likely to ride Shakes in the Great Easter Handicap at Riccarton on Easter Monday. Other riding engagements for Rangiora include:— A. K. Robinson: Joyean, Flair Go. B. T.
