(N Z. Press Association) GREYMOUTH • West Coast defeated the' touring Doshisha UniversityRugby team, 26-8 at Grey-’ mouth yesterday. Coast led,' 8-0. at half-time. Starved of the ball over long periods, the Japanese never gave up trying and only the lack of finish at times stopped them from adding to their score. For West Coast, Gray (3), Wright, Cauldwell and McMillan scored tries, and Henderson converted four. Ishizuka and Kawase scored tries for Doshisha and Maniwa kicked a conversion.
