Outline To Ministers (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Mar. 24. Air Chief Marshal Sir Charles Elworthy, Chief of Staff of the Royal Air Force, spoke to Cabinet Ministers today on aspects of the British White Paper on defence. The Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) said Sir Charles Elworthy also spoke about future equipment the Royal Air Force was expected to use. Before speaking at a Ministerial luncheon, Sir Charles Elworthy paid a 10-minute courtesy call on Mr Holyoake. Later he called on the Leader of the Opposition (Mr Kirk). He also met the New Zealand Chief of Air Staff, Air Vice-Marshal I. G. Morrison, and the New Zealand Air Board.
