The property was offered on account of Mr and Mrs D. B. Witte. The auctioneer was Mr Denys Chapman. The house has six bedrooms, lounge, hall, kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. Outbuildings include a double garage, and a workshop. A house at 48 Brynley street, Hornby, was passed in at £1625. The property was offered on account of the estate of John T. Lunn- The auctioneer was Mr G. H. Kissell. The house, on a section of 67.8 perches, has two livingrooms, two bedrooms, sunroom, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry.
