PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with the Dogs Registration Act, 1955 and the Hydatid Act, 1959, the Hals well County Council has by resolution fixed the following fees for the year commencing April Ist, 1966 to March 31st, 1967: DOG REGISTRATION FEES For every dog owned by a farmer or drover and kept solely for the purpose of herding or driving sheep or cattle, a fee of 5/- per dog. For all other dogs a fee of £1 per dog. The above fees are due and payable within 14 days of April Ist, 1966, for all dogs over the age of six months. HYDATID CONTROL FEES In addition to the above fees there is payable a fee. of £1 in respect of every dog,*as fixed by the Banks Peninsula Hydatid Control Committee, except as provided hereunder: A maximum total fee of £5 for any one owner of 5 or not more, than 10 dogs.
