POSITION: Secretary designate to commence duties in June 1966 and later take over as secretary upon retirement of the present secretary. QUALIFICATIONS: A man preferably 30 to 45 years of age who has ability to work with people, to organise meetings, some accounting knowledge, and can keep abreast of trade affairs. DUTIES: To assist the retiring secretary and then conduct the affairs of the Branch under the direction of the President and Committee Chairmen. To organise meetings, recruit new members, assist members in trade matters, keep the accounts of the Association, and maintain a close liaison with the National body.
