A French Rugby team will tour South Africa next year, authoritative sources said in Toulouse yesterday. French Rugby Federation officials declined to make any official announcement, but sources said the French team would tour South Africa in July and August, 1967, playing international matches in Durban, Cape Town, Bloemfontein and Johannesburg. A planned tour of France by the Springboks in October this year had been cancelled, the sources said. No reason was given.
