The sale was held by Ford and Hadfield, Lid. The auctioneer was Mr D. Chapman. Keenan, who was acting in conjunction with John Hutchinson Ltd. The house has two livingrooms, three bedrooms, a sunroom, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. There is also a garage on the section of 22.7 perches.
