Sir, —As “Fed-up Housewife” knows so much about wheat prices could she supply the following information? —The cost of Australian wheat landed in New Zealand, the cost of transport and processing into flour, the retail price of this flour without any subsidy, the price of a loaf of bread made from this wheat if no subsidy was paid to give the consumer cheap bread? —Yours, etc.. CURIOUS FARMER. March 1, 1966.
