NEW BUILDING FOR PARIS.—Mr Christian Fouchet, the French Minister of Education, beside a model of the new Ministry of Education building. There will be 32 storeys serviced by 24 lifts, and a four-tier car park capable of accommodating 2000 vehicles. The building should be completed in 1972.
