Within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, any adult person residing within a radius of a quarter of a mile from a point at the middle of the frontage to the land on which the premises will be situated may, by notice in writing, object to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, 14-16 Hunter street, Wellington, against the proposal to establish the hotel premises on the site, on the grounds—(a) That the site is in the immediate vicinity of a place of public worship, hospital, or school; or (b) That the objector will be adversely affected by the establishment of an hotel on the site.
