Police Shooting Championships
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. This week the Police Force will be holding the third national police shooting championships at Trentham. Competitors will be tested in the use of large and small-bore rifles and pistols. The police have entered a team in the Commonwealth Postal Shoot and will enter a private postal competition with the Queensland Police Rifle Club for the Denham Shield, at present held by New Zealand.
