TO EASE CONGESTION.—This small taxi, which would use storage batteries, has been designed by the British firm of David Ogle Associates to ease traffic congestion in cities. The batteries could be recharged overnight. The vehicle’s top speed would be about 45 m.p.h. It would be cheap to run.
