ACTIVE CENTENARIAN.—Mrs Millie Wiley, of Stockton, California, celebrates her hundredth birthday by looking over a new mail-van sent to her home by the postmaster. She was a contract mail-carrier more than 50 years ago, when she used a horse and buggy to deliver mails after her husband, who had the contract, died.
