Replacing Loaders
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 9. All Wellington Airport loading staff is expected to meet in the Trades Hall on Saturday morning for a stopwork meeting to discuss wages and amenities. The union concerned, the Nev- Zealand Engineers' Union, is reported to be supplying other members to replace the loaders during the meeting to ensure that services and traffic through the airport continue normally. About 60 loaders who work shifts and broken hours are expected to attend.
