BEEHIVE PLAN
Delay Likely, P.M. Says (N.Z. Prets Association) WELLINGTON, Jan. 28. Construction of the beehive to complete Parliament Build ings may be delayed because of the state of the economy. The Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) said tonight that "in view of the fact that we do have building control for construction over £30,000, 1 Imagine it would not be top priority—but this is my personal opinion.” Mr Holyoake said the Parliamentary Select Committee dealing with plans for the building would meet on February 15.
