Offences Up To Murder (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) MANILA, January 28. Philippine policemen committed 723 crimes ranging from theft to murder in 1965, acording to a National Bureau of Investigation report. The crimes included 11 sex offences, 145 cases of robbery and extortion, 19 thefts and 38 cases of assault. The N. 8.1. report said police chiefs committed 12 of the crimes, police majors four, captains and lieutenants 12, sergeants 11, and corporals 10; the remaining 674 were committed by patrolmen.
