First Change By Auckland
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. In the first chnge made by the Auckland cricket selectors this season. University’s left-hand batsman, H. Smalley, has been brought into the Auckland team for its final Plunket Shield match, against Wellington, next week.
Smalley, a New Zealand under-23 and New Zealand Universities player last season, replaces J. Behrent, who was twelfth man against Central Districts and Northern Districts.
The team is: J. Sparling (captain), T. Jarvis, R. Harris, R. Morgan, N. Harford, R. Morrison, H. Smalley, R. Cunis, R. Sutton, H. Howarth, R. Harford, J. Millener.
