The first is at the Fielden Taylor Hostel for Youths, 170 Taranaki street, and the second at a hostel being now prepared for 20 youths at 277 Mansfield street, Newtown. These positions call for a married couple, preferably Communicant Members of the Church of England and experienced in the care of young men. The husband could pursue his normal civilian occupation during the day and the wife would act as Matron of the hostel. Free board and accommodation in selfcontained flat is provided. A good starting wage is offered to the wife, who will be supported by ample domestic staff, and a retainer, in addition to free board, is offered to the man.
