N. Territory Floods
(N.Z. Prttt Attn.—Copyright) DARWIN, December 30. A cyclone has brought heavy rain to the north of the Northern Territory, flooding the main north-south road. Air services have been interrupted. Parts of the Darwin area have had more than 10 inches of rain in the last 24 hours and more is expected. In an area where wild buffalo were dying only a month ago because of drought a vast flood plain now stretches for more than 100 miles east and south-east from Darwin.
