The Hal Tryax colt showed to advantage at Invercargill at his last start when he was narrowly beaten by Dark Isle after losing a lot of ground at the start. Black Sea and Blue Tryax, both recent place-getters, and also Cool Water, might -be his most difficult rivals. The T.A.B. double wi'll be on the Gore Trotting Cup and the President’s Handicap. Merry Morning and Moutere Bay will be the respective favourites. Fine weather and a firm track are likely.
