Control of the Melbourne waterfront was at stake in Thursday's election to fill the branch executive’s four top posts. Progress voting results indicate that a team of Australian Labour Party waters aiders, supported by the federation’s general secretary (Mr C. H. Fitzgibbon) have had « “landslide” victory.
