Timaru High School Post
(From Our Own leportor) TIMARU, December 20. Mias G. M. Avery has been appointed relieving principal at Timaru Giris* High School. The appointment takes effect at the beginning of the second term next year, when the principal (Miss N. M. Dickie) retires. Miss Avery was educated at New Plymouth Giris' High School and graduated M.A. with honours in English and French from the University of Otago. She attended the Christchurch Training College In 1987 before going to Hastings High School. In 1945 she began her association with Irimaru Giris* High School, whore she has boon first aaatetant and deputyprincipal since IMO.
