*Ex dividend or interest A.Z. Reserves £56.2m (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 17. Net overseas assets of the New Zealand banking system on December 8, were £56.2m, compared with £5B. Im on December 1, and £67.5m on December 12, 1965. These figures were announced today by the Reserve Bank. Fully Subscribed.— Winstone's cash issue of 1,004,585 20s ordinary shares has been fully subscribed. Allotments were mads on December 1 and share certificates are being prepared for mailing before Christmas. — (P.A.)
