Borstal For Escaper
(N.Z. Preu AMoetattoHt AUCKLAND, Dec. 17 An 18-year-old who escaped from an open villa at Waikeria wu sentenced to a further six months in Borstal by Mr Justice Gresson today. Mr B. K. Shenkin, for Roy James Nelson, made a plea for a finite term of imprisonment, rather than a return to Borstal The judge said the law stated it was undesirable for persons under the age of 21 to serve terms of imprisonment
