Man Wants To Stay
GV.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. Dec. 14. A widower, David Jackson, father of six-month-old Michael whom he is sending bac k tn England tn live with his grandparents this month, does not want to return to England himself. The minister of Pitt street Methodist Church, the Rev. R. Clement, said today that Mr Jackson appreciated the interest and help given to him by the public. He now had enough money to send the baby to England and did not want any more money himself. He intended to stay in New Zealand, working on a farm, in the meantime. He expects to go to England to see his son and his family after a few yeans.
