Wormaid Bros. Cash Issue

Directors of Wormaid Brothers Industries, Auck-land-based fire protection engineers, propose to issue 262,500 ordinary 10s shares at par on a one-for-two basis to shareholders on January 31. The issue closes on March 1. New shares rank for final dividend only for the year to June 30. Ex rights February 1. Myer Subsidiary Seeks Shops (N.Z. Press Assn—<Copyright) MELBOURNE, Dec. 14. Eastland Shopping Centre Proprietary, Ltd., a whollyowned subsidiary of the Myer Emporium, Ltd., has tendered to develop a £3m shopping centre at Ringwood, a Melbourne suburb. The company was formed specifically for the purpose of tendering for the Ringwood site, where the proposed shopping centre will be on a 14.7 acre block in the heart of the suburb. The successful tenderer will be granted a 75-year lease for a minimum payment of £300,000 and a minimum annual rental of £12,500.
