Decision On Urlwin’s
Although its objection to the use by Urlwin Industries. Ltd., of residential land in Waltham for industrial purposes still stood, the City Council agreed last evening to advise the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board that if it granted the application for a departure from the district planning scheme the council would find 13 provisos acceptable.
The conditions were fixed by the council in discussions after the appeal board hearing and reported publicly last week.
