More Instant Foods Could Be Offered

New Zealand housewives will be able to

stock their kitchen cupboards with convenience foods, such as instant potatoes in a wide variety of forms, if an American visitor to Christchurch, Mr T. Hanold, has his way. His company has had much success recently with such dehydrated convenience ood as instant mashed potatoes, in baked form or mixed with sour cream, blue cheese and other exotic ingredients.
