Architects Lose Appeals
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Nov. 26. Two appeals under the Architects Act against the refusal of the Architects Registration Tribunal to register the applicants as architects were dismissed by Mr Justice McGregor today. The appellants were Desmond John Branscombe Protheroe, aged 38. an architect, of Auckland, and James Geoffrey Stanley Joblin, aged 33. a company manager, of Christchurch.
