LANCASTER PARK
Improvements To
Scoreboard
Repainting of the numbers for the scoreboard at Lancaster Park will be done in baked enamel this year, it was decided at a meeting of the Victory Park Board. The new numbering will be more easily seen by spectators, and can be easily cleaned. Fencing facing the oval is in poor condition and will soon need replacing. The board head quotations which indicated that the work would cost in excess of £4OO. The matter was referred to the ground committee for attention.
