THE POSITION is one responsible to the Board of Directors through the Managing Director only, with complete control of all producing, financial and administrative aspects of the Group's ceramic products made in a factory with about 220 staff (including a subsidiary one ot about 50 people), engaged in the full range of basic operations typical of a process industry. Support of specialist departmental staff is available. New modem offices are being built and plant re equipment is proceeding to cope with an expanding product-range. Meantime, at least, marketing will continue to be handled by the patent Company; accordingly little travel will be necessary. THE MAN: The Board desires particularly that no lifnitations at this stage be placed on the age or present vocation of applicants who may well come from a variety of industries and with diverse backgrounds although a fairly strong acquaintanceship with engineering activity within a plant will be helpful. Naturally the applicant must be mature, qualified and well experienced and be able to tell and support a successful career story.
