ARGENTINA BOMB
Soviet Embassy Damaged (N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright! * BUENOS AIRES, Nov. 23. A powerful bomb went off: on Monday night on the firstfloor terrace of the Soviet; Embassy in Buenos Aires. There were no casualties. The explosion damaged the third-storey building in the residential district where the Embassy is located. A police spokesman said he suspected the bomb had been thrown from a neighbouring house on to the Embassy terrace.
