ROTARY AWARD
(N.Z. Press Association/ WELLINGTON, Nov. 22. Mr Michael M. Prebble, of Wellington, leader of the New Zealand Antarctic party at Scott Base, has been awarded a Rotary study fellowship. Under the award he will study polar research at an overseas university. The university where he will study has not yet been decided. The award was announced in Wellington today by Rotary International. It is one of 151 awards to students in 35 countries made for 1966-67. Rotary International has made 2144 awards since the scheme was instituted in 1947. The total value of awards made is 5,200,000 dollars.
