Telegrams To Indonesia
The Chief Postmaster (Mr J. W. Lincoln) has received advice that the only restrictions on telegraph services to Indonesia are:—Letter telegrams and the Government letter telegrams are not permitted; press telegrams to be written in Indonesian, English or French and private telegrams are allowed to all parts of Indonesia without restriction except to Djakarta, to which the only private messages permitted are those relating to death or illness.
