TRAINER WARNED
J. S. Daigety, the trainer of La Garrison, was warned to show improvement in the racing manners of his horse after the running of the Churchill Stakes. La Garrison broke badly at the start and took no part afterwards.
Chief Command broke at the five-furlong mark in the New Zealand Derby and checked several runners. He was clear of interfence at the time.
