CLASSICIST DIES
Gisborne Man At Cambridge (N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright) LONDON, November 18. The New Zealand-born classicist, Leonard Hugh Graham Greenwood, died on Wednesday in Cambridge at the age of 85. Mr Greenwood had been a senior Fellow of Emmanuel College since 1955 after a long career in the university. He was first elected to a [ Fellowship at the college ini 1909. Born in Gisborne on August 30. 1880. the elder son of Graham Lord Greenwood, of Christchurch, Leonard Greenwood was educated at Christ’s College before going to King’s College, Cambridge, in 1899 as Laurence Sanders scholar.
