Loss Cut To £3725 (N.Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN, Nov. 17. Petrous Industries, Dunedin, has cut its operating loss this year from £17,436 to £3725. As in the last four years directors have passed dividend. From a gross loss on trading in 1964 of £2382 the company to the end of August this! year made a gross profit of j £BlB7. Depreciation was upfrom £2639 to £3393. After an allowance for a surplus on the sale of assets, the net deficiency was £3658 compared with a net deficiency of £4904 in 1964 when £12,522 was recovered from the sale of assets. With the addition of this (year’s loss accumulated losses now total £16,806 (£13,148) i On the issued capital of £45,000. total shareholders’ (funds have fallen from £41,150 Ito £37,492.
