(N.Z P A-Reuter—Copyright) SINGAPORE, Nov. 4. Singapore’s barter trade with Indonesia is expected to be resumed by December 1. according to Singapore Government officials. Malaysian, Singapore and British security officials are at present studying Singapore's proposals for resuming the trade, said the Defence Minister, Dr. Goh Keng-swee. Security arrangements have to be prepared to prevent Indonesia from attempting to use the barter traders to slip saboteurs and explosives across to Singapore and on to Malaysia.
