N.Z. Tour By U.S. Skaters
(N Z Press Association) AUCKLAND. A United States team of four internationally-rated roller skaters will arrive in Auckland on December 29 to start a New Zealand wide exhibition tour lasting three weeks. The team consists of the winners of the United States championship dance pairs. David Passinari and Miss Patricia Fogarty, the freestyle, pairs winners. Passinari and Miss Diane Kerr, and the United States freestyle men's champion. Edgar Walters. Mr G. Bright, president of the New Zealand Roller Skating Association, said the team w’ould not compete in the national championships to he held in Napier, from Janu ary 3-8, but would start its exhibition tour there. |
