Caused Child’s Death
(N.Z. Press Association) GISBORNE, October 29. A jury in the Supreme Court at Gisborne today found a young cc tple guilty of the manslaughter of their infant son by failing to provide the necessaries of life. Suda Bay Marino, aged 24, a storeman, and Rihipeti Tataurangi Marino, aged 22, a housewife, were remanded in custody for sentence. Mr Justice Moller who presided at the trial, told the jury it had been a distressing and difficult case.
