F.P. WALSH’S WILL
Court Reserves Decision (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 28. Mr Justice McGregor today reserved his decision at the conclusion of the hearing of an application for interpretation of the will of Fintan Patrick Walsh. Walsh, president of the Federation of Labour, died in i 1963 and his estate was valued at £72,000 net. His Honour said he was grateful to all counsel engaged in the hearing for their endeavours to assist him with the difficult questions posed. The hearing was by way of an originating summons by the New Zealand Insurance Company, Ltd., as executors of the estate.
