NOTICE is hereby given in terms of Section 80 of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, that unless objections under Section 81 of the said Act are filed with the Commission within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, the Commission intends to invite applications for a new hotel premises licence proposed to be authorised within a radius of one-quarter of a mile of the Headquarters Building of the Mount Cook National Park Board, at Mount Cook. The accommodation to be provided (exclusive of accommodation for the hotelkeeper or manager, family and staff) shall be for not fewer than 100 guests. The accommodation, services, and other facilities to be provided, are to comply with the minimum standards fixed by the Commission in respect of the proposed premises.
