The rear door of Thornton’s Dairy, in Trafford street, Bishopdale, was jemmied open during the week-end, and £8 was stolen. The front door of the sweet shop at the Century Theatre was kicked in on Saturday night, and cigarettes worth £ll were stolen.
Women’s underclothing was stolen from a clothes line at a Cashel street property.
