Deb. And Note Issue Plans (NZ. Press Association* AUCKLAND, Oct. 12. Associated Group Securities. Auckland financiers, will seek £200.000 (of which half has been underwritten) in a combined issue of debentures and registered unsecured nonconvertible notes, with right to accept over-subscriptions. The issues will open on October 26. After the one-for-four par issue, involving £35,000. a series of private placements has been made and capital is now £70.000 higher at £210.000. Directors have declared a steady interim dividend of 4 per cent (total last year 8 per cent), pavable on October 29. Shares issued in the placements will not participate, but rank for the final dividend.
