STUDY IN ENGLAND
Awards To N.Z. Engineers (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, October 11. Three young New Zealand graduate engineers had been awarded scholarships by the Confederation of British Industry to enable them to receive post-graduate training in Britain, the British Information Service said today. They are Mr B. F. Hill, married, of Dunedin, who will spend two years with two British firms in Cheshire and Stoke-on-Trent; Mr A. T. Hinkley, married, of Wellington, who will spend two years with firms in Cheshire and Edinburgh; and Mr J. H. Pearce, of Auckland, who will spend 18 months with two firms in Glasgow and Birmingham.
