STRANGLERS’ MARKS
Detection Likely (N.Z.P.A -Reuter —Copyright) GLASGOW (Scotland), Oct. 11. A new machine that can take fingerprints from the necks of stranglers’ victims has been developed by two hospital workers. Scotland Yard police headquarters and the American Federal Bureau of Investigation are said to be interested in the device.
