FILM ABOUT THE HEART
N.Z. Entry In Contest (Special Crspdt. N.Z P A.) LONDON, Sept. 16. A National Film Unit production, “Aortic Incompetence,” will be entered in the British Medical Association’s specialist film competition this year. The film, made at Green Lane Hospital, Auckland, last year, deals with a homograft aortic valve operation. It was made for specialist audiences and lasts 33 minutes.
Last year, a National Film Unit production, “Departmental Tests in the Early Diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy,” won a stiver award in the association’s competition.
